Please read the below terms of Hosting which will 
apply to your account.

1) All billing will start on the 16th of every 
month or an increment thereof.

2) If your account is past due and a payment is not 
received after an initial warning notice, we have 
the authority to suspended your site until a payment 
is received. A $50 charge may apply if a site 
suspension occurs.

3) Our company Offers a 99% up time for our 
hosting services. We do not accept responsibility 
for natural disasters, downed power lines/poles 
that carry our service or any other occurance that 
is beyond our immediate control.

4) Customer is responsible for reviewing our
terms for any updates on a regular basis as posted 
on our website. We reserve the right to modify the 
terms listed above at any time.
